Delivery Timeframes

Our delivery process has two parts: processing time and delivery time.

Processing Time: 24 to 48 hours

This includes order confirmation, adjustment, quality inspection, and packaging.

Personalized items may require extra processing time because they are made or prepared specially for your order. If your order includes a personalized product, it may take longer than the average timeframe shown below.

Delivery Time: Approximately 7 to 14 Business Days

This is the time it takes for your order to travel from our international shipping center to your delivery address.

Estimated delivery times for major destinations:

USA, Canada, and Australia: 7 to 14 business days

Holiday and Peak Season Delivery Times

During busy periods such as Christmas, New Year, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day, delivery may take longer than usual.

Estimated peak-season delivery times for major destinations:

USA, Canada, and Australia: 10 to 15 business days
